Immediate – Part Time Income Control Assistant recruitment

Our client a leading force in the Insurance Industry - is currently looking for a part time income control assistant to join their team ASAP. The ideal candidate will have a positive and willing attitude and will be an extremely Self-motivated and enthusiastic individual.
Reporting to the income control manager you will be responsible for;
· Statutory Accounts / Year End (Completion of audits, analysis of the audits and reconciliations of the audits)
· Month reconciliations of the Commission Debtor Reports, Aged Fees Debtor Reports and the Commission Income figures to the relevant ledgers.
· maintaining the Accounts receivable ensuring ledgers are reconciled and maintained correctly - so that monthly client statements can be reconciled.
· Sales Bonuses - monthly updates, and timely calculation of bonus payments on a quarterly basis.
· Sales Statistics - Assist the Income Control Manager in producing the monthly Sales Stats
· Reconciliation of the Sales Stats to the Debtor Reports and ensure reconciling items can be explained and cleared each month.
· Ad-hoc duties including the updating of processes and procedures
Candidate must be able to work on a part time basis. You will have good numerical skills with excellent attention to detail and prior experience of using an Accounts Receivable ledger accounting system would be an advantage. In addition knowledge of 'Smartstream' and / or 'Access' would be a benefit.
