Information Security Risk Manager, HR recruitment
As Information Security Risk Manager you will manage relationships across HR, offering a consultancy service to Group HR Functions and Division HR for Risk, including reporting to the HR Risk Management Committee, CAO Risk Forum and HR Risk Forum. You will add value by managing risk within the HR Change Programme; identifying, mitigating, monitoring and reporting all significant risks as they relate to Information Security, Incident Management, Change Management and related RBS Group Corporate Security Services policies and processes.
Ideally you’ll have relevant qualifications (e.g. CISA / QiCA) along with evidence providing assurance on a global basis with business specific product / technical knowledge, and technology risk / audit experience or relevant knowledge of the technology business area and knowledge of risk management methodology and control processes.
