A leading financial institution is seeking an Infrastructure Operations consultant to join their London based team. As the IT Operations/Infrastructure analyst, you will be working with an ITIL V3 Frame work and taking responsibility for the capacity management.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the city's most technically focused financial institutions. The IT Operations consultant will build an impressive technical and business focused skill set within the financial services industry. Working with a high level of servers and end users, supporting the infrastructure and managing changes in capacity.

As the technical infrastructure analyst, you will be supporting and maintaining the e-broking infrastructure, the day to day activities will include the following:
* Work with new version roll outs of infrastructure based technology as well as existing products
* Prepare reports outlining production issues
* Work with management to analyse and correct weaknesses in existing process and software
* Create tools, routines and support systems to be used internally
* Take project ownership for roll outs and deal with mapping and delegation
To be considered for the role of, Infrastructure Operations, IT Operations, e-trading, Wintel, ITIL 3, Capacity Management, Infrastructure Support, Financial Services - You will need skills and experience in the following:
* Certification with ITEL V3 frame work is essential
* MS office Suite
* Degree in computer science or similar would be ideal
* Proven track record in change, availability, Event, incident and problem management
* You will need strong experience working within an IT Operations, infrastructure or production support role
* You will need excellent communication and organisation skills
