Inhouse Recruitment Manager – HR recruitment

A leading Charity based in Birmingham is seeking a in-house Recruitment Manager to report to the Head of HR in managing the Resource and Planning for the Charity as well as work closely with and manage the outsourced recruitment provider in all recruitment activities. In this role you will be the Resources and Planning Manager and will include:

1. Identify, implement and manage successful recruitment and selection strategies
2. Recruit the skills and expertise required in a fair, transparent, timely and cost effective manner.
3. Manage the outsourced recruitment provider.
4. Integrate and provide workforce planning solutions at all levels.
6. Build relationships and proactively liaise with managers to understand resource requirements within the organisation.
7. Lead on role design and job evaluation.
8. Act as the first point of contact for and provide advice to managers on all aspects of resource and workforce planning.

As the successful recruitment Resources and planning Manager you will have the following skills and experience:

- Resource and workforce planning.
- In-house Recruitment (including at senior levels and utilising outsourced providers) using competency based methodologies, including the use of assessment tools and interviewing.
- Experience of managing outsourced contracts.
- Relevant HR qualification.
- Knowledge of employment and equality legislative issues facing the delivery of HR services.
- Excellent Project Management skills and Communication Skills
