Inside Salesperson
Description/duties:
Serves customers by selling industrial and construction supplies, order processing, product application and knowledge, pricing and customer service.
Service existing accounts, obtain orders, quotes, resolve customer complaints, maintain professional and technical product knowledge, answering telephone, fax and email inquiries/orders.
Experience/background in construction and industrial supplies i.e. power tools, hand tools, fasteners, rigging and concrete/masonry products.
Qualified candidate must posses excellent attendance, good customer service skills, be computer literate, able to pull customer orders within a warehouse environment.
