Job Title: Interest Rates Credit Derivatives Operations, Associate Director
Location: Hong Kong
Summary:
Being one of the most renowned bank around the globe, our client is looking for a strong candidate to oversee all Global Market Operations activity including BAU, Change and Business support relating to flow and structured Rates and Credit businesses. These include resource management, people development, leading the change team on key projects, etc. In particular, you will be managing approximately 23 staff and work closely with the Regional Heads of Derivatives Operations in developing and implementing key strategies.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of Interest Rates and Credit Derivatives products, flow and structured
- Strong understanding of BAU processes, managing large budgets, best practice, controls, etc.
- Experience of people development skills
- 10+ years Operations experience, 5 of those at a senior level
- Solid project delivery experience
