Operational Risk Senior Manager recruitment

 Responsibilities

• The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation and management of a constantly improving risk framework.  

• Ensuring a clear understanding, timely reporting and effective oversight of all risk aspects within the business area, to support compliant, reliable and efficient business delivery.

• Risk awareness and management is to encompass all present, future, internal and external risks.

• You will be seen as a key stakeholder of Business Function Executive and Senior Managers having the ability to negotiate effectively on risk aspects of business decisions.   

• Have direct staff responsibility.

• This will entail the combination of people leadership and technical product and risk knowledge. 

• Sound knowledge of vanilla and exotic financial Derivatives.
