Interim Financial Controller recruitment
My client is a leading Venture Capital firm based in the West End who are currently recruiting for an Interim Financial Controller to come on board for a period likely to last one year paying £350pd or FTC equivalent.
Responsibilities are split between the Management Company and Fund side and include:
· Preparation of annual budget
· Preparation of quarterly management accounts versus budget for presentation to Partners
· Cash management including weekly cash requirement analysis
· Preparation of monthly cash flow across all management and advisory entities
· Working with and providing supervisory support to Fund accountant in preparing and reviewing quarterly Fund accounts
· Preparation/review of year end Fund financials
· Dealing with fund structuring issues and reconciliations
· Reviewing calculations for cash distributions to investors
