Interim HR Manager – 7 month contract – Leading Hedge Fund recruitment
Working within a small and busy team, this role is responsible for the full range of HR administration functions, ensuring quality and accuracy of all documentation produced, as well as being first point of contact for employee enquiries.
Main responsibilities of the role include:
- Provide a comprehensive HR service for all employees, addressing their questions promptly and efficiently.
- Accurately maintaining up to date personnel files, both electronically and hard copy.
- Producing accurate management information for the Board of Directors.
- Creating and maintaining employee contracts employee correspondence.
- Providing effective assistance to the Head of Human Resources on a range of projects, including board reports and other documentation.
- Provide new employees with support.
- Authorising Officer for UK Border Agency for visa applications and renewals.
- Assisting in the administration of the annual and quarterly salary bonus recommendations.
- Assisting in the administration of the quarterly share scheme.
- Providing input to the creation and maintenance of comprehensive HR systems.
We are looking for a talented candidate who has experience working within a similar capacity, along with the following;
- Knowledge of key employment law principles.
- Knowledge of pensions and share administration.
- In-depth knowledge of MS Office suite.
- Good problem solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and focused in challenging situations.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
Please note, his role is being offered on a 7 month fixed term contract, with an anticipated start date of mid-August 2012.
