International Bank, Hybrid Role, Regulatory Report and Financial Accounting
Our client is a major international bank seeking an experienced accountant to join the well-established Finance Team. This new opportunity has arisen due to the expansion of the Finance.
This hybrid role will cover not only Regulatory Reporting but also Financial Accounting allowing you to further your experience in both areas. Your main responsibilities will lie within Regulatory Reporting. You will draw from your previous experience to produce the monthly, quarterly and biannual Bank of England and FSA Returns. You will also be involved with 047/048 Liquidity reporting providing vital information to the bank.
For the smaller Financial Accounting portion of the role you will be taking an in-depth look the daily profit and loss and providing financial commentary. Your other duties will focus on your technical skills as you produce balance sheet reconciliation's and VAT returns.
In order to apply for this role you must have had previous Regulatory Reporting experience and have strong technical accounting skills.
