Investment Analyst
Our client is a soft commodities Group and is part of a large China listed company. Due to business expansion in the region, they are looking for an investment analyst to join the investment project management team.
You will be responsible for searching, identifying and setting up the potential investment projects as well as supervise and monitor existing investment projects. You will also be spearheading the feasibility evaluation and risk analysis of new investments. Once the new investments have been approved by senior management, you will play an integral part in the capital expenditure review, production cost control, and lean projects implementation in the newly created business unit.
You must possess a tertiary degree in business administration, finance or other related majors. You will also possess 5 -7 years’ work experience, with the last 5 years in an investment project management in a MNC. You will also be a highly driven individual yet a strong team player. As the role involves significant interaction with external stakeholders (such as potential investors) who are based in China, it is critical that you can speak and write in Chinese. As part of the job, you will need to travel up to 50 % to parts of Asia and Africa.
