Investment Control Manager
You will have responsibility for the day to day operations of the team across all asset classes and regions with real-time involvement into the investment process and working closely with key liaisons from across the business. The preferred background for this role will have seen you work in an asset management firm for at least five years during your career, with more than two years experience monitoring investment restrictions.
Candidates must:
- Be able to demonstrate experience of coding investment restrictions in vendor or proprietary systems
- Have up to date knowledge of current regulations and experience on advising as such
- Have ideally worked across all asset classes, including with derivates, and be able to demonstrate knowledge of the area
- Be a confident communicator (both written verbal) and possess strong influencing skills
Allied to this, you should be able to demonstrate strong systems experience and ideally excellent Excel skills with some VBA knowledge or equivalent. Experience with launching new product would be looked upon favourably.
