Investment Executive, Infrastructure
The team cover a broad range of sectors including education, health, road, rail and government accommodation. This role will primarily focus on Latin America with flexibility to work across other target regions including Europe, North America, Singapore and Australia.
Responsibilities will include:
- Supporting origination, analysis, structuring, documentation and execution of infrastructure investment opportunities
- Representing the investment team in meetings with clients and other parties
- Reviewing and negotiating documentation
- Undertaking reviews of financial models for investments including equity returns
- Presenting opportunities to the investment committee
- Monitoring investments, including representation of the business on boards of investee companies
- Assisting with fundraising as required
The successful candidate will have:
- Direct infrastructure deal experience, ideally in a developer or project finance advisory role
- Excellent analytical, financial and modelling abilities
- A strong academic record, educated to degree level or above
- A fluent command of Spanish and ideally Portuguese
