Adecco Engineering and Technical, a division of the world leader in the recruitment of engineering and information technology professionals, has an immediate opening for an IT Analyst (Oracle/SAP) on a contract opportunity with a leading company in the Beaver Valley area of Pittsburgh.
Education: Bachelors Degree Required
Experience: 5 years
Job Description: Manages and carries forward the most multi-faceted, complex projects and processes: Advocates company standards and expectations to internal and external customers. Leads change/improvement efforts. Proactively identifies and explores new opportunities for continuous improvement and cost savings throughout the Supply Chain organization. Drives market research and analysis that result in recommendations to high level management. Confidently makes sound decisions when faced with complex problems. Effectively manages internal and external relationships. Is aware, and adheres to all applicable company polices, procedures and governmental regulations.
Job Summary: Clearly communications Supply Chain solutions to all levels of management. Drives and delivers superior customer service. Demonstrates sound organizational awareness and understands the over "big picture." Contributes toward the development of performance goals and objectives for designated areas within the business unit. Mentors less experienced Supply Chain staff and/or acts in a group leader role to assist in management of their assigned work group. Comprehends supply chain basic organizational principles and methodology. Significant knowledge and understanding of marketplace intelligence including: pricing indices, exchange rates, interest rates, and geopolitical factors. Extensive experience identifying, researching and analyzing changing business trends, marketplace conditions, raw material price trends, changes in the labor market and competitive information. Highly skilled in negotiation settings.
