IT Service Delivery Coordinator – Investment Management

IT Service Delivery Coordinator required for my London based Investment Management client. Candidates will be involved in managing headcount, technical support, reports and metrics and inventory management and purchasing.

Candidates will be required to:

- Liaise with HR, EUT and the business to proactively manage new hires in EMEA by assisting with eRequest submissions and producing a welcome pack for each new hire
- Liaise with HR and EUT to manage terminations
- Expedite and process any eRequests that route eRequest queues managed by the Service Delivery Coordinator team.
- Assist the Service Desk with any eRequests during times of high call volume.
- Assist with providing technical assistance for any BlackBerry-related issues including troubleshooting and configuration of devices for EMEA and travelling clients.
- Monitor requests sent to ‘IT Notification’, working with the support teams to write the maintenance notifications which then get posted on The Loop.
- Assist with P1/P2 incident management process.
- Assist the Service Desk/ EUT with simple incidents, such as password resets, SecurID hard token and soft token management, eRequest support, Microsoft Office queries, active directory queries, account unlocks, car license updates and software installations where required.
- Assist EUT with AV set ups
- Incident management
- Produce and verify daily audit reports in Service-now to ensure accuracy of tickets logged including password re-set and lost/ stolen devices.
- Verify and approve invoices received from EMEA vendors
- Manage and administer all hardware and BlackBerry repairs.
