Our client has been successfully supplying Commodity Trading and Risk Management (CTRM) solutions. Their client list represents some of the largest and most successful corporations globally across multiple countries in the trading world.

The client is seeking a dynamic motivated and experienced IT professional to join its Support Analyst team. In this role, you will work with a highly skilled team responsible for all sectors of customer support and the related business needs. Reporting to the Global Support Manager and based in the USA. In order to be eligible for this you will have to have knowledge:

* Proven customer-facing skills, with experience of dealing with enterprise customers
* Experience gained within the commodity trading or risk management industries would be a distinct advantage to your application.
* Good problem solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills
* Excellent English (written and spoken)
* Mid-level SQL (selects, etc), basics in MS Server/Oracle database manipulation
* Basics in UNIX operating system, bash, shell
* Striving for self-improvement in Customer Support domain
* Financial/trading industry knowledge
* 2 years or more of relevant experience in customer support would be an advantage
* 1st, 2nd, 3rd line support
