syncreon is looking for a IT technical support services team leader based in Auburn Hills, Michigan for the US afternoon shift. We are looking for an energetic person with at least 3 years of experience in managing 1st and/or 2nd level support teams and have technical experience. The candidate must have experience of working in a high pressure environment and have experience working in a global infrastructure environment. The role will involve leading the global syncreon technical support services team day to day support activities and project initiatives around the globe as well as acting as IT Incident Manager for the given shift.
This is an excellent opportunity for an entry level management position in a global company.
