Junior Manager, Loan Syndicate – Debt Platform h/f recruitment

Period: 6 month - July 2012
Missions
- Pricing and liquidity analyses specific to each borrower
- Preparation of pitch books to support Natixis’financing proposals made further to requests for proposals or to bilateral initiatives
- Negotiation of mandate and facility documentation
- Preparation of information memoranda presenting clients and the related facilities to support the distribution of the transaction
- Follow up with other arrangers and potential investor banks during the distribution process
- Assistance with the internal reporting process
University or specialized degree (Bac + 4/ 5 en école de commerce, école d’ingénieur ou en université) majoring in finance.
Profile
Specific work experience in auditing and/or corporate finance as well as capital market instruments (bond, equity, swaps, derivatives, etc.) is also highly appreciated. Fluency in English and French is also a prerequisite.
-Proficiency with basic business software ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint), knowledge of Bloomberg also a plus;
