Junior Product Solutions Analyst recruitment

Our Product Solutions team has an opportunity for a technical thinking graduate level / junior candidate to work in an exciting, fast paced and forward-thinking environment. This is a technical role that is business driven and client facing and will give the successful candidate the opportunity to work closely with the head of department and other areas of the business. We are looking for either a graduate with knowledge in the right areas (computing and business), or someone with relative technical experience that wants to move into this kind of role.

The successful candidate will be given full product training and the primary function of the team is to work on new projects and the on boarding of clients, as well as providing technical product support to clients and colleagues. The right candidate will work with various areas of the business while coordinating and meeting the needs of our clients. Working on new projects and solutions will help build an excellent understanding of our products from both a technical and business viewpoint. We are looking for someone with the right mentality and attitude that will quickly fit into the role.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of foreign exchange and financial markets

• Knowledge of the FIX protocol and its use in FX

• Previous experience of MT4 is highly advantageous

• Microsoft Windows server experience

• Knowledge of networking principles

• Scripting/programing ability

• Strong documentation skills

• Microsoft Office skills to a high level

• Languages
