(Junior) recruiter / head-hunter –London based financial services recruitment firm recruitment
Capital Chase is an international boutique search firm that focuses on midlevel, to senior hires within the financial services sector across; London, New York, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Sub-Sahara Africa region from our London based office.
We are currently looking for a junior recruiter/ head-hunter to come in and work on our interdealer brokerage desk. Your role will be to deliver against jobs from the current client portfolio by sourcing and head-hunting the best candidates in the market, while also cold calling and developing new relationships.
The remit:
An existing desk with a portfolio of clients
On the job training and coaching when needed
Competitive salary + uncapped commission scheme

Year 1 realistic OTE 60K, Year 2 OTE 80K, Year 3 OTE 100K+
The profile we are looking for:
Proactive, hard working individual, with strong will to succeed
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English, written and spoken
Previous recruitment and/ or sales experience will be highly regarded
