Junior Sales Executive - Outside Sales of Rehabilitation Equipment

Overview:

We are seeking an energetic, goal oriented candidate who is ready to take their career to the next level into a lucrative sales-oriented field in a well-established territory of New York, New Jersey and New England states.

Our company is in the process of expanding our Rehab Equipment Sales Force and is looking for Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Medical Sales Professionals, Outside Sales Professionals, Assistive Technology Professional, and Rehabilitation Technology Suppliers with a strong work history.  Candidate will cultivate new and existing business by calling on Durable Medical Equipment providers, hospitals and rehabilitation facilities.

Responsibilities:

·         Develop and maximize sales within territory.

·         Develop and maintain high level of clinical, technical and product knowledge.

·         Conduct “in-serve” demonstrations to customers on advantages, features, benefits and operations of all our products.

·         Build collaborative and trusting relationships with rehabilitation network within assigned territory.

·         Develop ample pipeline of potential new referral prospects and customers through cold calls and lead follow up.

·         Gather information in territory regarding reimbursement and any other information that would contribute to sales growth.

·         Organize and manage time efficiently to achieve company goals.

·         Participation and support of projects, activities, trade shows as directed by management.

·         Provide reports and information as requested by field sales management.

·         Required travel time within territory 70% - 80%

·         A track record for developing high-trust relationships with co-workers and customers.

·         Proven track record in sales.  Experience in rehab or medical device sales is a plus!

·         Ability to grasp new technology.

·         Ability to communicate persuasively both orally and in writing.

·         Ability to operate independently in a self-directed manner.

·         Ability to travel.

·         Ability to sell and grow customer relations.

·         Ability to work in a team environment.

·         Ability to assemble equipment, mount equipment and conduct product customer deliveries if necessary.

·         Requires proficient computer skills using Microsoft Office.

 Required Credentials:

·         College Degree Required.

·         1-3 years of medical sales experience preferred.

·         Valid vehicle driver’s license.
