Key Responsibilities

• Seek out business opportunities

• Meet and exceed revenue targets in responsible territories

• Add value as a strategic business partner, introduce new products and manage delivery of new product campaigns

• Develop and maintain close working relationship with key stakeholders

• Increase product penetration rate within specific channels

• And execute country-level Business Plans

Key Requirements

• Ability to identify sales opportunities through consultative sales techniques and developing collaborative relationships

• Ability to establish and implement plans efficiently, prioritize tasks and is result driven

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Keen attention to detail, analytical, innovative, collaborative and influential

• Minimum 7 years of experience in B2B sales or account management within the insurance industry
