L&D (Banking) recruitment

Key responsibilities include:

- reviewing learning systems and processess in overseas offices to ensure delivery of Bank's objectives;

- identify learning needs and design/deliver programs accordingly;

- evaluate learning effectiveness and recommend improvements on an ongoing basis;

- keep abreast of LD develpments, practices;

- engage in training/HR and OD consultancy as appropriate.

Key requirements:

- Degree qualified with about 7-8 years' experience in LD (preferably in banking);

- Independent and yet, a strong team player;

- Experienced in program delivery and design;

- Willing to travel;

- Experience in HR will be a plus.
