L&D Consultant, Regional recruitment
Job Responsibilities:
- Establish TNA in the region with the business leaders and identify strengths in gaps within the organisation
- Identify and qualify relevant service providers and build a learning roadmap
- Ensure feedback is reviewed and action plans are put in place with the agreed employees/managers within the specific timeline
- Works with business leaders to design and implement Talent Management programmes for the high potentials
- Roll out global LD/OD/Change Management initiatives for the region
Job Requirements:
- Degree with 7 years of LD/OD experience in a financial services or IT industry
- Strong regional experience with the ability to conduct stand-up training when necessary
- Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Good time and project management skills
- Experience in a highly matrix, diverse, fluid and multicultural environment
