Leveraged Finance Sales – AD / Director recruitment
Responsible for coverage of institutional (and certain bank) loan investors for the purpose of primary and secondary sales
Existing Investor relationships and coverage - maintain frequent contact with existing investor database keeping abreast of current investment intentions
Develop new relationships - proactively develop new relationships to deepen the Bank's coverage
Primary sales - manage the sales process for primary deals
Secondary buy/sell sourcing - source buy/sell secondary trades in conjunction with the secondary trading team
Liquidity analyses - produce liquidity forecasts for specific deals and general market overviews
Market updates - input to market updates for use both internally and externally
Candidates must have:
• strong leveraged finance contacts (Institutional investors and some bank)in the UK and Europe.
•An strong understanding of the syndication process and the secondary trading market and processes
• Corporate and or PF market an advantage but not mandatory
