M&A Associate – FRANKFURT recruitment
My client is a leading international advisory in the mid-market space with a very enviable track record in completing deals even in the toughest possible markets. They have established a track record that is second to none and win a lot of repeat and referral business meaning there focus can be on delivering the best possible service to their clients rather than constantly searching for the next deal.
Expanding due to their success they are looking to hire an Associate who can take a leading role in the execution of mandates while assisting the senior team members in winning new business by attending client meetings.

Working on a mixture of buy and sell side, private and public transactions the role will be varied and while it will have a focus on the German market will incorporate cross deals globally.
To be considered for this outstanding opportunity you will need to be able demonstrate:
*Strong academic track record
*Strong technical skills in modelling, valuations and report writing
*Proven transaction experience with evidence of leading deals
*Knowledge of the German market
