Mainframe Project Manager Job in Vacaville, California US
Experis IT is recruiting for a Mainframe Developer with several years of experience as a Project Manager, Project Lead, Technical Lead, Team Lead, Business Systems Analyst and Coding Technician.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Business strategic planning, business process re-engineering, workflow optimization, user needs analysis, requirements definition, system design, specification writing, system QA, user training, implementation plan preparation and evaluation, system maintenance, test review
- Work in the DB2 and Mainframe environment and have the ability to read, edit and create (if needed) COBOL and JCL codes
- Experience working in a WEB application environment, which fronts a mainframe data base doing both on-line and batch processes
- A strong Business Systems background with experience in insurance systems, workers compensation insurance experience preferred
- Excellent communications and presentation skills with an ability to talk to both non-IT Business Users and IT Technicians
- The ability and disposition to work in a team environment that includes both outside consultants and internal employees
