Overview
You are a senior Sales Account Manager used to dealing with tier one corporations and closing six figure deals. You are responsible for producing revenue through the sale of products and services to new and existing customers. You have the vision to position technology and the communication and inter personal skills to foster deep business relationships.
Responsibilities
- Make/exceed assigned territory quotas through the sale of solutions and software that address customers’ Enterprise Content Management business requirements.
- Provide on-time and accurate/realistic revenue forecasts.
- Provide sales leadership within the territory and company.
- Communicate with Technical Consulting personnel and other departments as necessary, and provide them with direction, support and leadership throughout the sales cycle.
- Follow-up leads and advise the status weekly.
- Complete and update account plans and client profiles.
- Contact existing customer base to sell additional software and services.
- Provide feedback to Marketing regarding customer requirements, potential new features, effective messaging and product positioning.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of five years of successful sales experience in enterprise class software.
- Minimum of two years sales experience within the Enterprise Content Management marketplace
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal, written and oral communications skills.
- Self-starter who is highly organized and can think both tactical and strategic.
- College degree or equivalent.
