Management Accounts Manager
Reporting into the Head of Management Accounts your role will be extremely high profile and provide extensive exposure to senior financial and operational stakeholders. Looking after a small team directly and providing support to the wider finance group this role requires a confident, pro-active business partner with excellent communication skills and a strong appreciation of financial control.
Key responsibilities include:
- Liaising with Heads of Finance, Heads of Business, Treasury and members of the Executive Board on a regular basis.
- Building and maintaining key relationships with business unit budget centre managers.
- Preparing budget material and Quarterly Financial Reports.
- Oversight and development of management reporting suites.
- Ensuring the consistent application of the Bank’s management accounting policies and procedures.
- Ad hoc project work as required.
Candidate profile:
To be successful in your application you must be able to demonstrate the following:
- Qualified accountant ACA, ACCA or CIMA with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Extensive budgeting and performance management experience gained within a Financial Services environment. Banking experience is highly preferable.
- Demonstrable stakeholder management and team management experience is essential.
