Manager
The Job:
- Providing overall functional leadership with respect to corporate security and fraud investigation across ING Hong Kong and Macau, including the adoption of best practices and leveraging synergies.
- Advise on and monitor the physical security, personal security and fraud risk profiles / dashboard of ING Hong Kong and Macau and ensuring that appropriate action is taken to address issues arising
- Executing the required tasks in accordance with the scorecard requirements.
- Investigate crime, fraud and complaint related incidents as well as compliance and integrity breaches.
- Work with and support relevant organization such as ICAC, Police for effective conduct of the CSI function
The Person:
- Bachelor degree in Legal/ Risk Management/ Information System/ Business
- A minimum of 5 years’ working experience in fraud and other irregularities investigation in either government or private sector with respect to internal/ external fraud, complaints, and criminal investigations. Preference would be given to candidates with ICAC investigation or other law enforcement experience (financial/commercial crime investigation highly desirable) and track record of conducting investigations with a fair degree of complexity.
- Possess one of the following professional certifications is an advantage: Certified Information Forensics Investigator (CIFI), Certified Fraud Examiner, CPA (Certified Public Accountant), CIA (Certified Internal Auditor)
- Knowledge about collection, preservation and continuity of evidence gathered, skills in taking detailed notes during the course of investigations, preparing reports with valid evidence and support concerning results of investigations. Report cases to and file statements with law enforcement agencies such as Police;
- Familiarity with local regulatory and legal requirements and the structure of local criminal justice system
- Excellent English and Chinese communications skills, both oral and written
