Manager, Operations
Responsibilities:
· Supervise daily customer services, inward and outward remittances and loans processing
· Supervise treasury settlement, trade finance operations and general banking operations
· Prepare/Consolidate FDIC Share Loss Loan Report (Monthly)
· Assist the department in preparing reports when necessary
· Procedures workflows updates and reviews
· Back up Head of Operations while she/he is on leave
· Participate new business and new regulatory requirements introduction UAT of related projects
Requirements:
· Degree or diploma holder with 8 years relevant working experience in Operations
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· Good supervisory skills
· Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
