Manager – Transaction Services recruitment
PricewaterhouseCoopers Middle East is urgently seeking experienced Managers for their rapidly growing Transaction Services business, based in either Abu Dhabi or Dubai.
Applicants should currently be working in, or have worked in, one of the Big 4 firms in an office of reasonable size either in the Middle East or in any mature market.
A university graduate, the successful candidate will hold an ACA (or equivalent) or CFA qualification (or equivalent) with a minimum of 2 years PQE
They will have extensive experience of MA activity, specifically Transaction Services or its equivalent, is very important
They should have relevant experience of having undertaken financial due diligence exercises and ideally have at least 3 years experience in this field
Strong communication skills in English - both spoken and written - is of upmost importance
Arabic language skills are a strong plus but not a necessity
Strongly numerate, the candidate will demonstrate good analytical skills
Flexibility (including ability to travel at short notice), stamina and empathy are important softer skills
We will only be considering candidates with the relevant Due Diligence and MA experience within developed markets. This is not a role for individuals looking to move into this field.
