Training Manager recruitment

In this role, you will be the main Training person and will contribute to, and implement, Learning Development programs incorporated in all legal and non-legal related training across the Hong Kong office. You will act as the integral piece for formulation and implementation of learning skills enhancement strategies and key initiatives and will advise key stakeholders of these developmental programs.

Candidates should have a minimum of 10 years of Training and Development experience within the private practice, professional services and/or financial/banking sectors. You must be a strong HR Leader with solid and strategic experience. You will have sound knowledge of best HR LD practice and experience in creating and implementing new training initiatives.
