RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide software technical support to our customers. In this role, you will work closely with our customers, software engineers and program managers to reproduce customer reported issues, assist in root cause determination, and verify reported defects are fixed. You will automate and execute software compatibility and smoke testing on customer platforms.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Power user of Mac OS X or Linux operating systems.
- Extensive experience testing or supporting Macintosh, tablets, or notebook systems.
- Experience troubleshooting various Linux distributions or embedded systems a plus.
- Strong understanding of PC architecture.
- Broad range of experience with test automation.
- Working knowledge of Visual Studio, SQL, or .NET Framework a plus.
- Programming or scripting experience with Visual C/C++, C#, Perl, or Python.
- 4+ years customer support or software test experience required.
- Good written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Bachelors Degree or Equivalent required.
