Office Manager

Key Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the COO, you will perform the following duties:

 

Human Resources

- Recruitment process - broadcasting job   profile descriptions, files preparation, candidate administration, technical skills tests, developing and maintaining networks (community and professional organizations such as job boards, recruitment agencies, etc.) to attract and recruit our future employees

- Benefits (Health insurance, retirement plan)

- Payroll preparation with our accountant and Paychex Bonuses, over time, allowances, severance package

Marketing

- Event coordination with the head of Marketing

- Follow up on marketing data

Accounting

- Accounts payable with clients

- Bank reconciliation

- Check on employees expenses

General Office

- Managing office supplies and utilities,

- Ensuring phone transfers and handling daily administrative tasks (mail, courier, filing), 

- Greeting visitors and maintaining our office in full order and in a welcoming state,

- Make sure every employee has a proper work environment

- Assist the managing director on a daily basis with different requests

Requirements 

- Computer literate (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)

- Accounting software (Quickbooks) knowledge

- Proactive and autonomous
