We are currently hiring an Office Manager/Accountant responsible for Bookkeeping, Financial Planning, Cost Control Analysis, Operation Budgets/Forecasting, General Ledger, A/P A/R, Payroll, and Job Costing.  This person will manage and innovate in the areas of Human Resources, Information Technology, and Marketing, and will maintain budgets in all areas of the Company.  This position requires excellent attention to detail, record keeping and reporting skills. This position will work closely with the Principals to carry out the vision of the company.


Compensation will based on experience/training


All offers will be contingent upon a successful background check, physical, drug screen,  and aptitude testing.

 

ReSPONSIBILITIES:

- All accounts receivable functions

- All accounts payable functions

- Process payroll Payroll taxes

- Process month-end financial reports variance analyses
- Report preparation: PL, Balance Sheet, Job Costing – Unearned/Unbilled Revenue
- Financial Analysis (prior months/years comparison)
- Month-end (comparison) reporting
- Budget/Forecast preparation
- General Ledger
- Journal entry preparation
- Internal control and maintenance

- Corporate office/accounting policy compliance/ensure all processes are appropriately documented and assist in the on-going documentation of office and accounting policies and procedures
