ASSISTANT TO THE PRESIDENT / BOOKKEEPER
- Medical Equipment Service Company in Plainview seeks a highly motivated, self - starter and a results oriented assistant to the President.
- Individual needs to work well with others. (office staff, field technicians and customers)
- Applicants should be interested in a career position with potential growth.
- Aplicants should be comfortable with various duties that include AR, AP, Human Resources, Payroll Activities, Data Entry and Customer Service.
- Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm
Duties Include:
- AR, AP, Human Resources, Invoicing, Heavy phones, Filing, and diverse office duties.
Position Requires:
- Must be able to multi-task, and work well with others.
- Heavy phones and Customer service requiring good communication skills.
- Occasional local check and deposit bank runs.
Computer Skills:
- Quickbooks (a must), Word, Excel, Outlook, and general database experience.
- Typing Skills a plus.
- Minimum five years office experience.
