Office Manager/PA recruitment

Our client a boutique Corporate Finance house based in the City is looking for a Office Manager /PA to join their growing organisation. The purpose of the role is to provide secretarial and administrative support to several Partners and the UK Team. As the Office Manager you will be responsible for managing the Team Assistant’s, delegating and allocating workload, speaking another lanaguage or accounting experience would be ideal but not essential

PA duties will include; diary management, preparing presentation and documents for meetings, greeting visitors, answering the phone, setting up conference calls, travel arrangements, expenses claims and other duties.

The successful candidate will have the following:

• Previous Office Manager/PA experience

• Previous experience of managing a team

• Good communication and organisation skills

• Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines

• Good multi-tasking skills

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

• Good telephone manner

• Exceptional eye for detail and good focus/attention span

• Must be a team player
