Office Manager/Secretary/Receptionist Job in Trevose 19053, Pennsylvania US

Family owned Funeral Home in Bucks County, Pennsylvania is looking for an office manager with secretarial and receptionist skills.​  This individual will be responsible for all office management systems, staff and operations.​ Individual needs to be organized and have the ability to multitask while handling all phone calls with compassion and patience.​ Must be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.​  ​

Duties

·        Office Manager/Secretary/Receptionist-answer phones, deliver messages and greet people

 

·         Purchase, organize and distribute all office supplies

 

·         Open and distribute mail as well as prepare outgoing mail for entire office staff

 

·         Create, maintain and send funeral home mailers

 

·         Coordinate all aspects of front office staff

 

·         Maintain all office systems, phones, computers, copy machines

 

·         Filing and Scanning

 

·         Hours are 8:30-5:00 Monday-Friday

 

 Skills

 

·        Excel Word

 

·         PowerPoint (Helpful)

 

·        Customer Service, including clear communicative skills on the phone with compassion and patience 

 

·        Clerical Skills

 

·        The ability to lead organizational change, particularly involving advance technology usage

 

·        Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate staff work collaboratively with all employees

 

·         Serving as a liaison between office staff and upper management

 

 

Experience

Associates degree preferred but not mandatory.​  5 years minimum experience in the customer service field preferred.​  Must have office and management background. Computer knowledge is a must.​ 

Compensation

Salary is $30000-$40000 dependent upon experience with 90% of employee medical benefits paid.​  Generous paid vacations and holidays.​  Profit sharing program.​
