Office Manager/Secretary/Receptionist Job in Trevose 19053, Pennsylvania US
Family owned Funeral Home in Bucks County, Pennsylvania is looking for an office manager with secretarial and receptionist skills. This individual will be responsible for all office management systems, staff and operations. Individual needs to be organized and have the ability to multitask while handling all phone calls with compassion and patience. Must be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
Duties
· Office Manager/Secretary/Receptionist-answer phones, deliver messages and greet people
· Purchase, organize and distribute all office supplies
· Open and distribute mail as well as prepare outgoing mail for entire office staff
· Create, maintain and send funeral home mailers
· Coordinate all aspects of front office staff
· Maintain all office systems, phones, computers, copy machines
· Filing and Scanning
· Hours are 8:30-5:00 Monday-Friday

· Customer Service, including clear communicative skills on the phone with compassion and patience
· Clerical Skills
· The ability to lead organizational change, particularly involving advance technology usage
· Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate staff work collaboratively with all employees
· Serving as a liaison between office staff and upper management
Experience
Associates degree preferred but not mandatory. 5 years minimum experience in the customer service field preferred. Must have office and management background. Computer knowledge is a must.
Compensation
Salary is $30000-$40000 dependent upon experience with 90% of employee medical benefits paid. Generous paid vacations and holidays. Profit sharing program.
