Offshoring Senior Project – Transitions Manager Financial Services recruitment

Our Client will provide a comprehensive suite of administrative funds services including fund accounting, financial reporting portfolio compliance and tax support across a number of jurisdictions and entity types; global custody services to ensure the settlement, safekeeping and accurate reporting of their client assets and full Transfer Agency Services designed to support funds that are distributed globally to an institutional and wholesale investor base from their new Centre in Krakow.

Transition Management will be a key function in the newly established Centre in Krakow.

Leveraging proven transition methodology and applying best practice, the Transition Management Team engages with onshore business project resources, co-ordinates work-streams, controls timelines, resolves issues and drives the transition of business processes from planning through to execution successfully and seamlessly.

Working across cultural, geographic, and functional boundaries to implement solutions, the Transitions Manager will work with business function project leads to define, manage and execute project plans to transition business processes; identifying risks, issues and opportunities throughout the lifecycle of business process transitions across multiple waves. 

Engaging stakeholders across the organisations Systems group, Global Operational divisions and Client Services Centers at every stage, promoting business readiness with business unit delivery teams, building commitment and maximising resources and supporting the IT system delivery process in reengineering and implementation of enabling technologies will be essential to successful design, management and delivery of this strategic transformation program. Relationship building and influencing skills at all levels will be critical.
