We are seeking a candidate to be responsible for managing the execution of operations and maintenance at facilities owned by a major telecommunications organization. They will also act as Property Manager, dealing with contract services supporting facilities, manage the day-to-day operations to ensure the operations, maintenance, and vendor management standards are met in a cost effective, safe and efficient manner. They will manage the facility operations in accordance with approved operating guidelines and manage the corresponding budget. They will work in cooperation with the local and area management and OM service subcontractors. They are responsible for annual performance reviews of team operation managers, client relations, team building and other key contractual strategies.
