Onboarding Coordinator recruitment

Responsibilities:

Coordination of all onboarding and screening requirements, including to track priorities and deadlines ensuring SLA adherence

Manage communication with Hire Right and any other relevant 3rd parties pre-onboarding team

Provide employment contract coordination, including sending and receiving

Manage the exception approval process in conjunction with Nomura HR Analyst Team Nomura HR

Point of escalation for the recruitment teams and business stakeholders for all screening related issues

Escalate to Nomura HR Analyst Team where appropriate /as agreed

 Keep abreast of changes to the Nomura pre-employment screening/on-boarding and induction policies (and changes in legal requirements) to ensure they are adhered to

 Run scheduled / ad hoc screening reports for Nomura as required

 Provide extensive query management to all stakeholders, including onboarded candidates

 Skills:

• Knowledge of pre-employment screening (ideal)

• Solid administration background (within HR ideally)

• Good attention to detail

• Proven experience if working to tight deadlines

• Experience of basic reporting

• Experience of using PeopleSoft (not essential)

• Experience of working with multiple stakeholders / end users of a service

Other duties which are reasonably within the capabilities of a staff member in this position may need to be performed from time to time, in addition to or instead of the above duties. Please note, the requirements of this role may change over time and staff are required to comply with all such reasonable changes.

Hours: 5 days per week – 09.30 – 15.00 ((5 hours per day or 25 hours per week)
