Provide support to the Director of Risk Controls in the implementation and design of the Enterprise Risk Framework – focussed on qualitative components of risk, compliance governance. Within this role the successful candidate will provide operational risk and controls consulting support across the business.
The ideal candidate:
- Ideally degree level education in a relevant discipline
- Circa 10 or more years insurance / reinsurance experience
- Background in Audit or finance
- Circa 5 or more years risk management experience
- Excellent influencing skills
- Excellent communication presentation skills
