VP – Cost & I.T Billings Manager (banking) recruitment
The successful candidate will lead a team to manage the cost billing function for the Technology and Operation Group and its deliverables. The successful candidate is expected to be familiar with IT cost allocation operations and related processes. The candidate should also be able to demonstrate strong appreciation of potential issues like volume adjustments, reconciliations, cost allocation reports. In addition, the candidate will assist in budgeting, financial planning/analyses, and performance management.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Manages and plans resources for Billing team
• Ensures smooth monthly running of IT and Ops cost billing function
• Checks and approves volume adjustments incorporated in the system
• Checks and reconciles IT and Ops cost allocation and billing
• Checks monthly IT and Ops cost allocation reports
• Handles ad hoc issues related in IT and Ops expense allocation and billing
• Signs off on Billing System/s enhancements
Requirements
• Degree in Accounting or Finance from a recognized institution
• At least 8 years of relevant experience within the banking or financial industry, with experience in IT cost allocation
• Experience in staff management (at least 2-3)
• Exposure to banking, technology and operations
• Meticulous, and able to plan and anticipate potential issues
• Preferably have experience using SAP, SQL and MS Access
