Operational Risk Review Manager recruitment
Responsibilities:
• Ensure the identification and assessment of the impact and likelihood of operational risk across the business through the application of risk policies, procedures and supporting systems to ensure the effective monitoring and management of risk.
• Assist the Head of Operational Risk to formulate an annual Operational Risk Assurance plan across the business
• Undertake a testing programme in line with the Operational Risk Assurance plan, including:
1.completeing the review within the planned timeframe
2.identifying all key operational risks within the area
3.assessing the adequacy and effectiveness of any compensating controls
4.produce high quality written reports in line with agreed timeframes
Experience:
• Experience of working in either Internla Audit or Operational Risk
• Understanding of process mapping and redesign would be an advantage
