Operational Risk Specialist-VP recruitment
Top International Investment Bank is seeking an Operational Risk Manager in NYC. This role entails working with the business unit, developing and implementing risk management and compliance initiatives, reviewing process and procedural needs from an all-inclusive view of the investment process, and performing analysis on loss events. Candidate will work in close coordination with the Head of Operational Risk to help the group identify, measure, and manage associated risks. Other duties include risk reporting, managing Risk Maps, Scenario Analysis, processes and procedures. This individual must have exceptional communication skills, as well as prior project management experience in team leader role. Successful candidate will have 5-10 years’ experience in a similar role. A MBA or graduate degree, and training in Quality Management analysis frameworks desired.
