Key Roles Responsibilities

• To provide day to day supervision of workflows and processes for the  Business Support Group.

• Motivate and develop the team, to achieve high levels of performance and job satisfaction, through directly applying the Bank’s processes for selection, objective setting and review, personal development planning, communication, empowerment and reward management; plan ahead for succession and continuity of skills in each team, developing people and recruiting to meet future as well as present needs.

• Define set up and control access of system applications under custody ensuring all Security administration functions are fulfilled.

• Handle Loans Processing Unit (LPU) pre-processing activities as provided by the DOI which includes monitoring, reconciliation and compliance to LPU contracts and SLAs

• Act as disaster continuity coordinator for Business Support Group.

• Contribute to the effectiveness of the department's BCP, actively participate in the BCP testing, providing timely feedback on BCP matters, make themselves available during contingency situations.  Should be fully conversant and knowledgeable of the most updated BCP and keeps a copy of the departments call tree readily accessible at his/her place of residence.
