OTC Clearing Analyst – Permanent Position
My client is European Investment Bank who is looking to recruit within the OTC Clearing PB area. This position has come about due to growth within the area.
The day to day of this role includes;
- Single point of contact for all daily issues involved in the client clearing workflow
- Coordination of the operational set up of all new clients for the client clearing workflow. This will involve static data set up, CCP mapping, execution of legal and on boarding documents, internal readiness reviews, and other ad hoc tasks associated with an operation set up with a client.
- Monitor, coordinate, automate and review various daily reconciliations of cleared trades from risk systems to clearing house reports
- Coordinate and execute client clearing testing. This will involve static data set up, creation of testing scenarios which will match a clients clearing needs, facilitate client position reporting, margin reporting and others ad hoc issues in the front to back clearing workflow
- Liaise with clients, clearing houses and third party platforms regarding trade discrepancies and provide resolution to front office personnel
- Build and maintain excellent working relationships with other internal clients such as Clearing Solutions Unit, Legal, Marketers, Trading, Middle Office, Collateral teams, IT support teams Risk, and Back Office.
Management of Trade life cycle events for client cleared trades
I am looking for someone who has a background in FX, Prime Brokerage, OTC Clearing and Client Services. You must have worked for a Tier 1 or 2 Investment Bank and have soft skills to manage multiple clients both internally and externally.
