Part Time Finance Assistant
Hays Client are currently seeking an experienced Finance Assistant on a Part time temporary basis. Or client is looking for an experienced Finance Assistant who will be responsible for all aspects of the purchase ledger from processing invoices to expenses processing.
Based in Edinburgh City Centre, our client within the Energy sector is a rapidly expanding organisation with an established finance team. The role holder will be expected to liaise with suppliers over payment of invoices, coding inputting and processing of accounts payable transactions.
Key Skills:
Accounts Payable invoicing up to 300 per week
Bank and credit card reconciliations
Weekly and Monthly expenses processing
Liaising with budget holders
Supplier Queries
To be successful for this role candidates must have 3 years or more experience within a hands on finance function where they have gained significant experience with Sage 50 accounts. This role is 3 days a week and will be an initial 9 months contract.
