Program Lead- Advisory Department

- Developing a business strategies for the defined focus area and converting strategy into tactical plans that can be implemented and monitored. Provide inputs to the Head of the Division and Department in setting the strategic direction of the division and department 

- Sourcing opportunities for the focus area in collaboration with other departments within ICD.

- Managing the end-to-end process for the transaction starting from signing of an agreement with the client to closure of the project transaction.  The work would include but not limited to developing work plans/milestones, developing strategies for clients, completing/managing project deliverables, developing/managing project reports and presentations and raising funds. 

- Supervising team members in the preparation of preliminary reports, research work, analysis and financial models for the transaction / project.

- Maintaining client relationships and acting as an advisor to help clients manage and complete their projects.

- Develop relationship with sector experts and project managers (whether internal or external) and bring them onto a project to ensure the successful completion of a project.  Ensuring that ICD's network of strategic alliances is leveraged to bring in deep sector expertise, where required.

- Ensure effective and efficient implementation of policies and practices pertaining to all ASAM matters to ensure consistency and transparency.

- Review internal processes and procedures to make appropriate amendments where necessary to ensure relevancy of current policies in relation to business and operational needs.

- Maintain positive relationships with internal external parties including government/ statutory bodies, industry practitioners , relevant subject matter experts to support smooth running of department operations.
